עד בוא פתשגן בשם המלכות ובשם נגיד המחנות אל נגיד רמלה להזהיר לבל החרים וכל אשר יעבור ישולח בו יד וכתב אל מושל עיר הקודש לעלות אל ההר ביום הושענא וכלי יסורין עמו וכל אשר יזכיר חרם ילקה.
